For your convenience we offer multiple shipping options so you can choose the one that fits your needs. Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total and the choice of service.
If a shipment is returned to AMITHA due to customer error - such as inputting the wrong mailing address or not retrieving a held package in time - AMITHA reserves the right to charge the customer for re-shipping.
Personalized Products
Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional $50fee. Rush orders require 2 business days and are shipped the same day the personalization is completed. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.

Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customercare@amithashop.com so we can find a solution. We always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.In the event that a refund is provided, it will be in the amount of the items purchased, less all shipping and transaction fees.
